• Lead client-facing communication campaigns by developing strategies, analyzing campaign insights, and crafting compelling narratives based on the data.
• Collaborate with clients to identify critical business challenges and create analytics and testing plans that yield actionable insights.
• Take ownership of campaign performance metrics and reporting, while suggesting opportunities for enhancement.
• Assess the performance of models in terms of revenue generation, performance metrics, and pacing.
• Design and conduct tests to evaluate the effectiveness of models and features.
• Work alongside internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that measurement tools and products effectively address client business needs.
• Innovate and develop advanced measurement tools and solutions.
• Provide consultancy to clients about the development and alignment of marketing initiatives across online platforms.
• Establish setup parameters, including testing methodologies, reporting needs, and optimization modeling criteria, to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of optimization strategies.
• Relay campaign optimization outcomes to clients to demonstrate the value achieved against initial business objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Significant proficiency in SQL and Excel, including pivot tables.
• Experience in a digital media or programmatic analytics environment.
• Proven ability to compile and present audience insights reports.
• Familiarity with VBA/Excel Macros, Tableau, Python, SAS, or other data manipulation tools is advantageous.
• Strong skills in presentation, visualization, and storytelling using PowerPoint.
• Exceptional diagnostic abilities.
• Technical expertise to design campaigns that maximize the effectiveness of our technology platform.
• Professional-level oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field is required.
