This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and spearhead the analytics strategy across various accounts, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client objectives and commercial priorities.
• Act as the senior analytics lead and a trusted advisor to clients, influencing their investment decisions with data-driven insights.
• Convert business objectives into structured measurement frameworks that include clear KPIs for paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Direct the analytics strategy during new business pitches and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Present performance insights to senior client partners, offering authority and strategic perspectives through clear and commercially relevant narratives.
• Develop engaging storylines that link analytics results to revenue growth, market share influence, and competitive advantages.
• Create and oversee advanced measurement frameworks for integrated campaigns, encompassing digital, CRM, media, and offline programs.
• Establish standardized methodologies, baseline metrics, and taxonomies while implementing marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, uplift modeling, and geo-based experimentation.
• Ensure thorough quality assurance processes, documentation standards, and governance protocols are maintained across analytics implementations.
• Guide the integration of media platforms, CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), ad servers, and third-party healthcare datasets into cohesive analytics environments.
• Possess familiarity with SQL and Python and/or R to analyze complex datasets and validate modeling methods.
• Enhance AI and machine learning capabilities within the analytics practice in collaboration with Digital and Technology leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of analysts and managers, fostering both technical precision and consultative thinking.
• Establish best practices and scalable frameworks to elevate the analytics discipline throughout the organization.
• Encourage a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest analytics tools, modeling techniques, AI applications, and marketing technologies.
• Ensure Evoke remains at the leading edge of healthcare marketing science and performance measurement advancements.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, or performance measurement, with exposure to both agency and healthcare industries.
• Proven experience in leading and developing analytics teams, ideally with 5 or more direct/indirect reports.
• Significant commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing.
• Understanding of patient and healthcare provider behaviors along with healthcare data ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare and clinical data providers (e.g., Crossix, Komodo, IQVIA, or similar).
• Proficiency in SQL and a working knowledge of Python and/or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Expertise in digital analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics) and tagging frameworks (e.g., GTM, server-side tracking).
