📋 Description

• Develop high-quality, clear, and actionable research content that is essential for talent acquisition.

• Leverage your expertise in talent acquisition strategy and operations to create original research.

• Conduct thorough analysis to uncover the underlying causes of a client’s challenges or overall requirements.

• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing positions for Insights.

• Create and present high-value presentation materials for Gartner events.

• Provide support to BTI and Sales by representing the voice of the market.

• Engage actively in discussions focused on innovation, ideation, and research.

• Mentor and coach junior team members by offering guidance and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and the implementation of talent acquisition processes.

• Recent involvement in the use or implementation of AI technologies within talent acquisition.

• Comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition management, strategies, workflows, processes, metrics, and technologies.

• Profound understanding of the recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, attraction, assessment, selection, hiring, and onboarding.

• Experience and comfort in advising and collaborating with CHROs and their counterparts.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Strong research and writing capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills.
