This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop innovative and thought-provoking content that delivers essential insights.
• Generate new ideas and insights through leadership initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to uncover the root causes of challenges related to sourcing, contracting, licensing, negotiation, or vendor management.
• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing insight positions within a team of analysts.
• Research, analyze, and forecast trends in market, pricing, licensing, and commercial negotiations to offer actionable sourcing and contract insights.
• Provide clients and prospects with strategic advice that aligns with sourcing strategy, contract structure, negotiation planning, licensing optimization, and decision-making for Digital Experience Platforms.
• Create and present high-value materials for both on-stage and off-stage Gartner events.
• Assist BTI and Sales teams by offering sales support.
• Engage actively in innovation, ideation, and research discussions.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their development.
• Maintain a client-centric approach while striving to enhance client engagement regularly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in the field or industry.
• More than 8 years of leadership experience in sourcing, contracts, and negotiations, specifically within SaaS/software contract negotiations, technology procurement, category management, vendor management, and software asset management in buying organizations, consulting firms, outsourcers, or reseller environments.
• Proven success in leading strategic sourcing initiatives for enterprise Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and marketing technology investments, particularly focusing on Adobe.
• At least 5 years of direct experience negotiating multi-million-dollar software, SaaS, and service agreements within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Subject matter expertise in Adobe commercial licensing, enterprise contracting, and negotiation strategies.
• Extensive understanding of Digital Experience Platform (DXP) commercial models, Adobe Experience Cloud products, and licensing optimization.
• Recognized as a trusted advisor by Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, capable of establishing credibility with executives and other stakeholders instantly.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven excellence in research and writing capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, along with analytical and presentation skills.
• Skilled in data analysis and synthesis.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
