This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.
β’ Take charge of Parexel's AI adoption strategy, including setting priorities, timelines, and identifying target audiences.
β’ Organize the AI communications and education calendar in line with strategic objectives.
β’ Facilitate the translation of complex AI concepts into understandable language for non-technical audiences.
β’ Act as the technical accuracy verifier for AI messaging throughout Parexel.
β’ Update Organizational Change Management, Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, and SPOC/change ambassador networks on AI initiatives and developments.
β’ Manage AI education programs such as lunch and learns, speaker series, role-specific learning paths, and topical discussions.
β’ Collaborate with Learning & Development on the delivery framework, including Cornerstone and internal learning platforms.
β’ Assess, prioritize, and assign team resources for AI-related inquiries from partner organizations.
β’ Lead a team focused on adoption liaison, translation, and educational programming.
β’ Enhance the team's AI fluency and translation competencies over time.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required; the field is flexible (technical, communications, organizational psychology, or related disciplines).
β’ An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
β’ Exceptional skill in translating technical ideas into accessible language for non-technical audiences.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities across various formats (briefings, presentations, written content, working sessions).
β’ Strong stakeholder management and partnership capabilities, particularly with change management, communications, and learning organizations.
β’ Sound judgment in curating messages suited for different audiences and timing.
β’ Comfortable acting as the AI subject-matter expert in non-technical environments while appropriately consulting with subject-matter experts when necessary.
β’ Extensive experience in high-level Director roles that merge technology and communications, such as adoption leadership, technical product marketing, or technology program change management.
β’ Solid working knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts.
β’ Experience collaborating with organizational change management, learning and development, and corporate communications departments.
β’ Familiarity with adoption metrics and operational definitions of adoption (active usage, integrated workflow, demonstrated value).
β’ Experience in regulated industries is preferred (life sciences, healthcare, financial services).
