This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Transform the enterprise AI strategy into a practical portfolio and enablement plan.
• Establish the progression model, decision-making forums, and adoption priorities to advance opportunities from Sandbox experiments to Functional Programs and Enterprise Bets.
• Maintain overall portfolio health, ensuring clear ownership, accurate pipeline status, and credible pathways to adoption and value outcomes.
• Manage enterprise-wide communications regarding AI transformation and executive narratives.
• Lead workflow redesign initiatives, including current-state assessments, identification of friction points, and the redesign of AI-enabled roles and processes.
• Supervise the L&D curriculum, playbooks, and learning journeys tailored for various audiences.
• Guarantee coordinated change management across HR and business unit or skill teams.
• Oversee enablement ROI and ensure accountability among agencies, third-party resources, and internal hubs for upskilling and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with Insight Generation to incorporate portfolio, adoption, and enablement data into a reliable leadership scorecard.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 8 years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, or transformation leadership roles.
• Proven experience in managing managers or leading multiple functional teams.
• Direct experience in managing a portfolio of competing initiatives, including prioritization, progression decisions, and tracking pipeline health.
• Experience in leading or closely collaborating on workflow redesign and organizational design projects.
• Background in overseeing an L&D or capability-building function, including curriculum design and implementation linked to specific technology or operating model changes.
• A successful track record in leading change management initiatives that require coordination across HR and several business units.
• Experience managing external agencies or third-party vendors against a defined scope and ROI expectations.
• Strong executive communication abilities and experience in crafting narratives and materials for senior leadership decision-making.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in automotive, technology, or another large-scale enterprise environment with a complex, matrixed operating structure.
• Preferred: background in leading an AI or digital transformation office, PMO, or center of excellence.
• Preferred: experience in building or scaling a Sandbox-to-Enterprise-style progression model.
• Preferred: familiarity with how AI agents and automation transform workflows.
• Preferred: experience presenting portfolio health, adoption, and enablement performance to senior executives or a board.
