This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the design, development, and continuous enhancement of the organization's AI foundations.
• Define and execute an agentic AI foundational system, along with engineering standards and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with product, data, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure that platform capabilities meet enterprise requirements.
• Supervise engineering teams that are constructing reusable platform services, tools, and components for agentic AI products and workflows.
• Propel modernization and integration initiatives that link existing systems and processes with AI functionalities.
• Observe agentic operations and user feedback to pinpoint enhancements and address challenges.
• Create operating models, support processes, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent delivery of AI capabilities.
• Convey platform priorities, delivery updates, technical risks, and investment requirements to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred, ideally in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in AI engineering.
• A proven history of leading product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for intricate digital, data, or AI-enabled products.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI and data-driven product environments.
• Experience in converting business requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Proven ability to work closely with technical teams to launch innovative products in the market.
• Strong leadership skills across various functions.
• Established capability to collaborate with Engineering, Innovation, Design, Data Science, Commercial, and other business teams.
• Experience in managing and developing product managers or junior product leaders.
• Background in coaching, supporting prioritization, and promoting robust product management practices.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to assess opportunities, make informed trade-offs, and articulate product vision, priorities, and outcomes.
• Remote work must be based in the U.S.; no relocation support is available.
