📋 Description

• Generate and convert demand for AI compute resources.

• Identify and engage with organizations requiring swift access to GPU capacity for training, inference, fine-tuning, enterprise AI, or sovereign AI workloads.

• Develop a qualified pipeline of offtake agreements, anchor tenant arrangements, reserved capacity, and strategic compute demand opportunities.

• Comprehend buyers' needs regarding GPU type, cluster size, geographical location, timing, power profile, tenancy model, and commercial structure, transforming that information into actionable opportunities.

• Connect Armada's AI factory and Leviathan deployments with credible compute users and potential offtakers.

• Shape demand strategies for new deployments throughout their lifecycle—before, during, and after they go live.

• Convert market discussions into specific next steps for commercial, infrastructure, finance, and legal teams.

• Align customer requirements with specific sites, GPU configurations, power availability, deployment timelines, cooling constraints, and commercial structures.

• Confirm the authenticity, specificity, and commercial viability of demand opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established, accessible senior relationships within the AI compute ecosystem, including neo-clouds, GPU clouds, AI-native companies, NVIDIA ecosystem partners, data center operators, infrastructure investors, or enterprise AI buyers.

• Proven experience in commercializing GPU capacity, cloud infrastructure, data centers, managed compute, AI platforms, or high-performance infrastructure.

• Proficiency in structuring and finalizing complex infrastructure deals, such as offtake agreements, capacity reservations, anchor tenancies, revenue-sharing arrangements, or similar contracts.

• The ability to identify opportunities without a fully developed playbook, coupled with the discipline to see them through to completion.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in discussions about GPUs, clusters, power density, liquid cooling, networking, latency, workload requirements, and deployment constraints credibly.

• Strong pipeline management skills, including clear account documentation, sharp qualification processes, and dependable follow-through.

• Executive presence and the capability to operate independently, without relying on a large corporate structure.

🏝️ Benefits

• Medical, dental, and vision coverage (subsidized cost).

• Health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), and dependent care FSAs (DCFSA).

• Retirement plan options, including 401(k) and Roth 401(k).

• Unlimited paid time off (PTO).

• 14 paid company holidays each year.
