• The Director collaborates effectively within a team of highly skilled Advisory consultants to enhance performance in healthcare.
• Responsible for executing billable work for clients.
• Provide leadership by steering engagement outcomes and managing client relationships.
• Oversee engagement resources and supervise the development of client deliverables and solutions.
• Manage implementation, address risks and issues, and handle project logistics.
• Support business development initiatives and engage in sales and business development activities.
• Work alongside clients to cultivate strong relationships at all levels within the client organization.
• Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects.
• Foster a team environment by enhancing staff skills and knowledge to create a productive and collaborative atmosphere.
• Engage in practice development and partake in necessary educational opportunities throughout the year.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Ability to coordinate and deliver impactful presentations (both verbal and written) to client audiences to convey project outcomes, recommendations, and strategies.
• Capable of overseeing and ensuring quality in analytics, while mentoring others in the production and delivery of client outputs.
• Proficient in establishing effective and collaborative relationships with clients and team members.
• Skilled in leading work groups towards successful results.
• Proven expertise in a specific area of knowledge (i.e., Subject Matter Expert).
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support, or operations), Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Strong qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Master’s Degree; RN or another professional license in a clinical area of expertise; PMP/Lean Certification.
