Director, Advisory – 340B Drug Pricing Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic, operational, and analytical consulting projects for pharmaceutical manufacturers.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the pharmaceutical supply chain and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

• Track and convey regulatory updates, industry trends, and market shifts impacting the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

• Create 340B growth assessments and duplicate discount analyses, along with financial models utilizing transactional or healthcare claims data.

• Employ appropriate software tools, analytical techniques, and computer models to formulate 340B solutions and analyses.

• Manage small to medium-sized projects and specific components of larger initiatives.

• Generate reports and presentations that communicate 340B strategies, insights, findings, and recommendations.

• Conduct data quality assessments, spot irregularities, and guarantee the accuracy of work products.

• Manage priorities and responsibilities to achieve objectives and deadlines within a team setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Undergraduate-level knowledge of business, finance, accounting, statistics, healthcare policy, or data analysis.

• Familiarity with the 340B Drug Pricing Program and various healthcare payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.

• Over 10 years of professional experience.

• Strong technical proficiency and the capability to independently carry out complex data analytics in at least one programming language, such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, Stata, or R.

• Eagerness to enhance technical skills and mentor others.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Dedication to delivering high-quality analysis and meticulous attention to detail.

• Understanding of the various stakeholders in the 340B Drug Pricing Program and the pharmaceutical supply chain.

• Valid US work authorization that does not currently and/or will not in the future necessitate visa sponsorship.
