• Establish strong relationships with advisors, becoming their primary resource for @Work.
• Assist advisors in identifying suitable plan sponsor opportunities within their portfolio and foster the confidence to act on them.
• Provide consultation on practice management, focusing on how @Work integrates retirement and wealth management.
• Empower advisors to secure new plans through initial prospect conversations, RFPs, and finalist presentations.
• Collaborate with implementation leads from the Success Team to enhance plan sponsor engagement and ensure smooth rollouts.
• Monitor workplace-to-wealth conversion outcomes to enhance advisor engagement and refine our strategy.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience working with RIAs in sales, enablement, or account management.
• Strong understanding of how advisors manage their practices and the processes involved in winning and growing retirement plan business.
• A consultative mindset, preferring to influence an advisor's thinking rather than simply promote a product.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain a fast-paced workflow.
• A genuine interest in AI and its impact on the advisor's role.
• Preferred location is Boulder, CO, though alternative locations will be considered for the right candidate.
