📋 Description

• Shape, develop, and expand advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions

• Transform intricate data into scalable analytics and AI applications

• Contribute to the roadmap for advanced analytics capabilities and innovation

• Propel practical AI innovation by identifying and scaling relevant use cases

• Develop analytics focused on patient journeys and evidence-based outcomes

• Design and implement analytics solutions for omnichannel engagement

• Lead the creation of predictive models and decision-support tools

• Establish measurement frameworks for analytics and AI solutions

• Act as a strategic partner to various organizational leaders

• Connect business, medical, clinical, and technical teams

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver analytics solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree

• Over 10 years of overall industry experience

• More than 8 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, commercial analytics, medical analytics, clinical operations analytics, business analytics, or a related field

• Strong grasp of healthcare data sources

• Proven experience in leading analytics initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects

• Experience in designing measurement strategies for analytics and AI initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, economics, engineering, business analytics, computer science, or another quantitative discipline
