• Supervise a team of leaders to effectively manage and execute the enrollment process.
• Serve as the main strategic liaison for designated partner campuses.
• Lead and enhance enrollment performance across diverse teams or partners.
• Guide, train, and mentor Assistant Directors of Admissions.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to assess and refine admissions workflows.
• Leverage enrollment data and market analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance oversight across all teams.
• Act as the final escalation point for intricate partner or student issues.
• Assist in onboarding new partners, launching programs, and driving organizational growth initiatives.
• Conduct interviews, hire, and train new staff and leaders.
• Manage the daily operations of the admissions team.
• Comprehensive understanding of the college admissions process.
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable outcomes in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong commitment to customer service with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Proficient in managing multiple database systems.
• Capability to train and support fellow staff members.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and reporting abilities.
• Proven planning, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or sales.
• More than 5 years of management experience.
