• Ensure adherence to ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence and Joint Accreditation criteria across all KME activities.
• Guarantee that KME fulfills its yearly obligation to a target percentage of activities classified as Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE), including validating that IPCE activities satisfy requirements for interprofessional planning, faculty involvement, and learner engagement, while addressing interprofessional collaboration in the content.
• Monitor several CME/CE activities concurrently using Asana and internal tools.
• Verify the precision of tracking spreadsheets and reporting documents in Excel.
• Assist in gathering necessary documentation from joint providers (e.g., disclosures, evaluations, attendance/learner data, outcomes documentation, etc.).
• Oversee deadlines and proactively ensure all activities are progressing as planned.
• Lead the preparation for Joint Accreditation reaccreditation cycles and self-studies; act as the primary liaison to the Joint Accreditation organizations.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in continuing healthcare education, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role focused on accreditation or compliance at an accredited provider.
• Proficient understanding of both ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence and Joint Accreditation requirements, including IPCE standards and the joint providership model.
• Proven experience in leading or assisting with accreditation review processes.
• Experience in managing partner or client relationships within a healthcare education setting.
