This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance Teladoc Health’s partnerships with enterprise clients.
• Cultivate strategic connections within your account portfolio, engaging with a variety of roles and areas of expertise, including executive-level staff.
• Broaden Teladoc Health’s impact by driving revenue growth, product development, and market expansion.
• Boost Teladoc Health's market presence by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
• Create quarterly reports that leverage data to articulate a compelling narrative showcasing Teladoc Health’s value proposition for executive-level presentations.
• Formulate an operational calendar along with a comprehensive account plan/forecast and mapping process.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams – including product, clinical, data science, implementation, reporting, legal, and finance – to fulfill Teladoc Health’s commitments outlined in the strategic roadmap.
• Optimize revenue and margin outcomes while adhering to the designated budget.
• Oversee issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction within your account base.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of customer needs, market trends, industry challenges, key players, and relevant products and technologies.
• Be a results-driven, organized, efficient, and resourceful team player who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Interact effectively with internal colleagues at all levels and across various business lines.
• Over 5 years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment related to Employee Benefits, regulated medical products, technology, or healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficient in delivering engaging and persuasive sales and product presentations in both small and large group settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage with senior leadership teams.
• A strong enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent skills in prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, and closing sales.
• Capability to produce results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
