This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Promotes Markets Direct Auto to prospective customers and ensures effective marketing across all branches.
• Collaborates closely with each branch to establish and achieve set expectations.
• Oversees budget management and expense control for all district locations.
• Keeps track of industry trends and dynamics that impact the business.
• Analyzes various sales reports and reviews daily sales performance.
• Evaluates progress and formulates action plans to boost district sales.
• Establishes and communicates sales objectives for sales offices and each agent manager.
• Recruits, trains, mentors, and builds a high-performing sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Bachelor's Degree (4-year) preferred.
• Preferably 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in place of the above educational requirements.
• Experience in Employee Supervision.
• Proven Leadership capabilities.
• Expertise in Managing Sales Teams.
• Knowledge of Marketing principles.
• Strong Sales acumen.
