• Engages in sales activities for incoming calls regarding individual health plan offerings.
• Reports directly to a Sales Team Manager responsible for overseeing a team of 10 to 15 Sales Agents.
• Ensures high-quality consumer experiences by providing exceptional service.
• Exemplifies professionalism, integrity, and quality in every interaction with consumers, both inbound and outbound.
• Must possess an active resident health insurance license for your state of residence.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including overtime, nights, and weekends as required to meet business needs.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in using multiple computer tools, systems, and screens.
• Previous experience in Call Center roles, Medicare product sales, or other sales positions.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the capability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
