• Examine intricate reports to pinpoint trends related to harmful or inappropriate behavior within Spanish-speaking demographics.

• Utilize a deep cultural understanding to assess sensitive content, safeguarding brand integrity for social media stakeholders.

• Work alongside global teams to enhance moderation techniques and strengthen trust and safety protocols.

• Keep abreast of the changing digital landscape and new social media trends to proactively address possible safety issues.

• Deliver clear and actionable feedback on content moderation results to bolster internal quality assurance initiatives.

• Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential for this position.

• A valid EU passport is required.
