Digital Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess current workflows and suggest technology-based solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Oversee change management processes and encourage the adoption of new systems, methodologies, and tools.

• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure the effective execution of digital initiatives.

• Evaluate project performance, identify potential risks, and implement strategies for risk mitigation.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones to senior management.

• Investigate emerging technologies and industry trends to facilitate ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.

• A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (such as PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, etc.) are preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, business process enhancement, or related areas.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise transformation initiatives.
