Digital Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This position does not require any programming skills.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure adherence to processes, clear path definitions, and maintain coordination and organization.

• Organize and oversee our team of consultants, solution architects, business analysts, development leads, developers, UX designers, QA personnel, and UAT personnel.

• Ensure that the requirements-scope-quote-vetting-development-QA-UAT-deployment process remains on schedule, sprints are adhered to, and appropriate documentation is maintained.

• Keep clients informed about project status and ensure timely collection of materials and information from them.

• Define and monitor project timelines.

• Set up and manage project management tools like Jira.

• Possess the ability to comprehend technically intricate projects and business processes.

• Monitor project finances, including managing budgets, burn rates, and ensuring targets are met.

• Identify and resolve issues, obstacles, and blockers.

• Maintain the efficiency of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in client-facing roles within a web/mobile development context (minimum of 3 years).

• Project Management experience (at least 5 years) in complex or technical website/webapp/mobile projects.

• A comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in the development of technical websites, web applications, and mobile apps.

• Highly skilled in various project management software, particularly Jira.

• Experience in leading a team in some capacity.

• Must be organized and assertive.

• Preferred qualifications include experience in web/mobile development, business analysis, QA, or UAT.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, QA, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
