This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.

• Address issues and foster positive interactions for each customer.

• Adhere to the brand's guidelines and quality standards in every engagement.

• Document and update customer interactions in the appropriate systems.

• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance the service offered.

• Proficient in Ukrainian and possesses strong English skills.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude.

• Comfortable navigating computer systems and juggling multiple tools.

• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a positive demeanor.

• Availability for shift work.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• B2+ level in English.
