This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Serve as the primary paid media client lead, driving the growth of their digital fundraising initiatives through various paid media channels, including Meta, Search, P2P Texting, List Growth, and others.
• Design, establish, and implement all facets of the client’s digital paid media fundraising strategy to achieve client objectives, encompassing media planning, forecasts, and content creation.
• Collaborate with internal paid media ad operations teams to execute and enhance all components of the client’s paid media program.
• Generate and refine creative concepts for our clients, including writing, fact-checking, and proofreading content.
• Ensure that all content reflects the authentic and sincere voice of the client, guaranteeing that each program is distinctive, pertinent, and timely.
• React to trending topics in real-time by assisting in the creation of ads and messages in response to rapidly developing news stories.
• Take charge of essential client communications.
• Foster a collaborative environment that contributes to enhancing our work quality.
• Work alongside designers, email strategists, and vendor partners to fulfill your client's requirements as needed.
• Stay updated on digital trends and emerging tools to provide innovative recommendations to our clients based on industry best practices.
• Customize paid media fundraising strategies to meet the specific needs of each client and situation, thinking creatively and seeking opportunities for innovation.
• Utilize, assess, and give feedback on new digital tools and emerging technologies being piloted by Authentic to enhance programs and workflows as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Knowledge of relevant issues and a strong commitment to electing Democratic candidates and promoting the progressive movement.
• Transferable experience from a prior role or a brief tenure in a similar position.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads, as well as CRMs like NGP and ActionKit.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategies for clients.
• Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, perform well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in client or stakeholder management, copywriting, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary or during urgent response situations.
• Enthusiastic about learning and self-education.
