This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with field sales to develop and implement a market business plan, creating account strategies within the Digital S&L market to establish a pipeline for business growth and meet quarterly objectives.
• Proactively identify and qualify potential customers for our Digital products and solutions in the Civil Identity S&L market segment, coordinating follow-up meetings and/or solution demonstrations alongside the Civil Identity Field Sales team.
• Oversee multiple opportunities concurrently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary customer contact throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Handle all aspects of the sales cycle within designated geographic regions and/or product lines, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new accounts, including sales prospecting, follow-ups, business value assessments, proposal development, contract negotiations, and effective sales closure management.
• Support customers in identifying suitable use cases for IDEMIA ID&V and mID Products.
• Clearly communicate key differentiators and typical customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Field Sales to create large-scale prospecting campaigns.
• Promote initiatives aimed at increasing adoption, utilization, and growth of Digital Solutions and Products within the S&L market.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Idemia products, technical architecture, industry characteristics, and competitive landscape, including conducting market research to analyze competitors and trends.
• Respond to inquiries regarding solutions and products.
• Foster a positive sales culture and sales-oriented environment among team members.
• Attend conferences as necessary.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in technology sales.
• Travel requirement: 50%.
• Must be a sole U.S. citizen without dual citizenship.
• Must successfully pass various background checks including criminal history, education verification, credit assessment, and drug screening, and obtain any necessary program-specific credentials and certifications.
• At least 2 years of experience or direct knowledge in Public Sector/State & Local Sales.
• Ability to manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven verbal communication skills (including in-person and web-based presentations) and strong writing abilities, alongside excellent listening skills.
• Must be proactive in identifying and anticipating client needs.
• Self-directed, self-motivated, and accountable for outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and attention to detail.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results at all organizational levels; capable of working in a team environment and partnering with business executives and operations leaders across different departments/business units.
• Willingness and availability for extensive travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of submitting precise and timely reports as required.
• Ability to speak knowledgeably about identity or biometric technologies and perform basic technical qualifications.
