This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Spearhead the initiation and expansion of digital services within your designated territory.
• Broaden the existing product range for current Doka clients by identifying and leveraging opportunities for the integration of digital solutions.
• Oversee and facilitate pricing negotiations to ensure profitable and sustainable business agreements.
• Establish, strategize, and achieve your sales objectives in accordance with divisional strategic goals.
• Offer expert advice and embody the Doka “Digital Services” philosophy to cultivate enduring customer relationships.
• Contribute significantly to increasing awareness among construction firms regarding Doka’s forefront position in digital construction innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction sector, with a keen interest in digital and IT solutions.
• A higher education degree in a technical or business field.
• Demonstrated achievement in lead generation and new business development, coupled with a passion for digital innovation and Lean Construction methodologies.
• Readiness and capability to travel throughout the Northern U.S.
