This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Spearhead the introduction and expansion of digital services within your designated territory.
• Enhance the product offerings for existing Doka clients by recognizing and leveraging opportunities for the integration of digital solutions.
• Oversee and facilitate pricing negotiations to ensure profitable and sustainable business agreements.
• Establish, strategize, and implement your sales objectives in accordance with the divisional strategic goals.
• Deliver expert advice and exemplify the Doka “Digital Services” philosophy to cultivate long-lasting customer relationships.
• Play an essential role in increasing awareness among construction firms about Doka’s pioneering advancements in digital construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction sector, with a keen interest in digital and IT solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Track record of success in lead generation and new business development, with a passion for digital innovation and Lean Construction methodologies.
• Openness and capability to travel throughout the Western U.S.
• Self-driven and efficient in a remote working setting.
