Digital Solutions Consultant – Learning, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You serve as the liaison between sales, customers, project teams, development teams, and IT.

• You assist our sales team during the proposal stage in crafting digital solutions and convert customer needs into practical service components.

• Following project approval, you oversee the implementation until a successful go-live.

• Provide guidance to sales regarding digital learning and AI solutions and support in crafting proposals.

• Design and define digital learning solutions (such as learning platforms, portals, or AI services) and coordinate the technical implementation with internal teams and external service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and implementing digital solutions (including technical architecture and UX/UI).

• Familiarity with learning management systems, digital platforms, or web technologies.

• Knowledge of contemporary AI applications and their practical applications in a corporate environment.

• Strong analytical skills to assess requirements and convert them into actionable concepts.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, sales, development/IT, compliance, and external partners.

• Organized, self-motivated work style with a passion for uniting various stakeholders.

• Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
