This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Accountable for acquiring new customers and generating revenue within a designated territory while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Engage with clients across various sectors to grasp their business and technical needs.
• Partner with diverse internal teams (Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support) to fulfill customer requirements.
• Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to simplify intricate technical and financial concepts.
• Manage competing priorities and oversee multiple projects or deals simultaneously.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity in developing new processes and assisting the team in creating a comprehensive playbook throughout the journey.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development or business development within a technology firm, or over 1 year of closing experience in a different industry.
• A solid understanding of (or willingness to learn about) the cloud computing and communications business model, with a keen interest in selling to a technical audience through a solution-oriented sales approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of making complex technical and financial information easily understandable.
• Experience in technical solutions selling, with a passion for interacting with real customers, listening to their needs, and resolving issues.
