This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take charge of managing current customers and driving growth within the region, all while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers across various sectors to comprehend their business and technical needs.
• Work diligently with cross-functional internal teams (Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support) to meet customer requirements, provide guidance on digital communication strategies, and assist customers in launching on the Twilio platform.
• Exhibit a passion for your work, think creatively, and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex technical and financial information.
• Manage competing priorities and handle multiple projects and deals simultaneously.
• Innovate by developing new processes and assist the team in creating a comprehensive playbook as you progress.
• Minimum of 2 years of complete sales cycle experience in the technology sector, demonstrating a history of top performance.
• Understanding of the cloud computing/communications business model and enthusiasm for selling to a technical audience using a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to clearly articulate complex technical and financial information.
• Experience in technical solutions selling, with a passion for engaging with real customers, listening to their needs, and solving their problems.
