This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accountable for acquiring new customers and generating revenue within a designated territory while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients from various sectors to grasp their business and technical needs. Familiarity with Twilio’s communications API platform is essential to co-create tailored solutions for their specific requirements.
• Work diligently alongside cross-functional internal teams (Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support) to meet customer needs, provide guidance on digital communication strategies, and assist customers in initiating their journey on the Twilio platform.
• Demonstrate passion for your work, think creatively, and possess top-notch interpersonal and communication abilities to simplify intricate technical and financial concepts.
• Capable of managing competing priorities and juggling multiple projects or deals simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic about innovative thinking, establishing new processes, and aiding the team in developing a comprehensive playbook throughout the journey.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development or business development at a tech company, or over 1 year of closing experience in a different sector.
• A grasp (or eagerness to learn) of the cloud computing and communications business model, coupled with enthusiasm for engaging a technical audience through a solution-oriented sales approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex technical and financial information in an easily understandable manner.
• Experience in technical solution selling and a genuine interest in working with real customers—listening to their needs and resolving issues.
• Highly adaptable, comfortable with experimentation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
