This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Accountable for acquiring new customers and generating revenue within a designated territory while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients from various sectors to grasp their business and technical needs.
• Work diligently alongside cross-functional internal teams (Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support) to fulfill customer requirements.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for your role, think creatively, and possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex technical and financial information.
• Capable of managing competing priorities and overseeing multiple projects/deals simultaneously.
• Eager to innovate, develop new processes, and assist the team in creating a comprehensive playbook throughout the journey.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales development/business development experience in a technology company or over 1 year of closing experience in a different industry.
• A foundational understanding (or a desire to learn) of the cloud computing/communications business model and a keen interest in selling to a technical audience using a solution-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and financial information effortlessly.
• Experience in technical solutions selling and a passion for engaging with real customers—listening to their needs and resolving issues.
