• Focus on implementing current and future digital strategies.
• Work to increase the reach and adoption of Intuitive’s digital portfolio by marketing digital products to specific customers.
• Promote the use of technology and ensure surgeons are trained on how to access and utilize it.
• Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and customers, relaying feedback from surgeons.
• Facilitate ease of use for surgeons through comprehensive training sessions.
• Collaborate across various departments to target, enhance product utilization, and support customers in both new and existing accounts.
• Consult with clients to identify and understand their needs.
• Work together with the sales and Digital Networking teams to promote the adoption of the digital portfolio among surgeons.
• Foster the usage and engagement of digital solutions through targeted outreach and customer support.
• Continuously expand and develop the digital user base by engaging with key surgeon thought leaders.
• Interact with potential customers through video meetings, emails, and in-person visits as necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development position within the medical sector.
• Proven background in cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in influencing customers and leadership through phone and video communications.
• Ability to articulate and present ideas clearly to internal teams and customer-facing stakeholders (including surgeons, nurse managers, and hospital C-suite leadership).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated approach to achieving project and team objectives with minimal supervision.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting, with occasional in-person sales activities.
• Self-driven with the ability to navigate complex sales situations.
• Strong time management skills and a meticulous organizational approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
