This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients to uncover sales prospects.
• Assist with customer onboarding, workflow assessments, and enhancements.
• Facilitate customer training sessions and provide application support.
• Conduct client meetings and bolster sales and marketing initiatives with presentations and product demonstrations.
• Propel the growth of digital offerings and oversee commercial endeavors.
• Contribute insights and assistance in Marketing, Business Development, as well as internal and external training sessions.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical devices sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in procedural or healthcare software is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new technologies in the market.
• Familiarity with the Operating Room setting and a comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows in the OR (including MIS Surgery and Endoscopy), as well as knowledge of hospital IT and EMR/PACS markets.
• Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, with English being mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (domestic, regional, and international).
