This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist the Digital Sales Manager in meeting revenue and growth objectives within advertiser partnerships.
• Collaborate with vertical managers and commercial stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for commercial expansion across a range of advertiser partners and properties.
• Establish, achieve, and surpass challenging revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, pricing, and sales teams to develop strategic media plans and negotiate contract proposals.
• Generate new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships.
• Oversee the collection of contracts, content objectives, creative assets, tracking, and ad verification from client and agency contacts, coordinating with the vertical Director.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including onboarding documentation, order creation, campaign management, partnership execution, billing, and client growth relations.
• Supervise the implementation of all programs by developing and monitoring client project plans.
• Project, manage, and liaise with internal teams across verticals for all necessary components for campaign execution.
• Stay updated on products and processes in a multi-product landscape.
• Offer strategic insights to enhance each client’s return on investment (ROI).
• Build, sustain, and expand relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 2 years of experience in sales, project management, and/or account management.
• Strong history of establishing and nurturing relationships with partners across various verticals.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently with a problem-solving mindset while contributing to the team environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation capabilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, excelling in time management, prioritization, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager is preferred.
