Digital Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for driving Sensia Digital Sales through Direct Sales, Regional Sales, and Digital Sales, aiming to meet revenue goals aligned with Sensia’s Digital AOP targets.

• Foster collaboration with team members to achieve AOP objectives and targets for Sensia.

• Surpass quota by effectively negotiating and closing opportunities.

• Collaborate and partner with the Sales Team on Key Digital Opportunities.

• Create and maintain a precise sales forecast and pipeline for Sensia Digital Solutions.

• Build new account relationships and develop accounts in emerging markets for Sensia.

• Deliver formal and regular status updates to sales management, including forecasts, pipeline, and activity summaries.

• Track and report revenue and pipeline outcomes weekly through the CRM tool for designated Accounts, Sales, and Geographies to ensure that performance objectives are met.

• Establish and nurture Executive Customer relationships in the Digital sector to enhance Sensia's success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, specifically in Production and Operations work processes.

• Familiarity with contemporary Digital Technologies pertinent to the Oil and Gas sector.

• Capable of conducting Business Assessments, identifying key challenges, and providing solutions to address these issues.

• Comprehend the impacts and technologies linked to Flow Assurance, Mechanical Integrity, and Production Optimization within the Exploration and Production Segment.

• Team player and collaborator, with the ability to lead teams from an indirectly influencing position.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, computer science, petroleum engineering, Oil & Gas Operations, information technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Previous experience in pre-sales, direct sales, or consulting roles.

• Understanding of supply chain concepts, production, logistics, operational flow, and interaction with IT/OT and Production/Operations leadership.

• Expertise in Management, Performance Management, Business Analysis, Operations, Financial Operations, Digital initiatives, Workforce Efficiency, and/or Optimization Solutions.

• Industry Experience: Oil and Gas in Exploration & Production, Transportation, and Midstream.

• Working knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, including IIoT, Software, and Annual Recurring Revenue-Subscription models.

• Ability to engage with all levels of leadership – CxO, operations leadership, technical leadership, asset leadership, and IT/OT.

• Proven capability to sell at senior management and executive levels, focusing on business outcomes and demonstrating tangible economic value from our products, information software, and services.
