This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Manage qualified appointments assigned by the marketing/internal team
• Develop new opportunities through business development and prospecting activities
• Conduct remote business negotiations via phone, video calls, and digital tools
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closure
• Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and opportunities using a CRM
• Monitor activities and results with a data-driven approach
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Commercial Consulting roles
• Proven experience in telephone sales and managing remote negotiations
• Ability to work on assigned leads as well as engage in independent business development activities
• Autonomy in managing the pipeline and achieving objectives
• Regular use of CRM systems and digital tools
• Active VAT number or willingness to obtain one
• Full-time availability
• Excellent communication, commercial, and negotiation skills
• Experience in the Energy, Utilities, Telco, or Telecom sectors is a plus
• Experience in selling to SMEs, professionals, and micro-enterprises
• Familiarity with fast-paced, structured, and KPI-oriented commercial environments
• Collaboration under a VAT number
• Guaranteed base salary + commissions
