📋 Description

• Interact with clients through phone or online platforms, showcasing services and transforming inquiries into bookings.

• Turn online and warm leads into confirmed appointments.

• Suggest suitable cleaning services based on client needs.

• Maintain CRM records and monitor client interactions.

• Meet monthly sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.

• Excellent and professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Capable of independently managing tasks in a remote environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrates resilience under pressure and handles rejection gracefully.

• Proven track record in phone-based sales and achieving targets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experienced with CRM systems for lead and client data management.

• Skilled in negotiation and effectively resolving customer issues.

• Must possess a reliable laptop or desktop computer.
