This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• In the role of Digital Sales Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert on the spine-focused Digital technologies platform.
• Assist in implementing commercial launch strategies by initially promoting sales and adoption of the Teligen digital solution and other assigned Robotics and enabling technologies platforms.
• Report to the US Clinical Sales Manager for Digital Spine Surgery and maintain a validated customer sales pipeline, achieving quarterly area sales forecast objectives.
• Facilitate installations through the education of both internal and external customers, enhancing awareness in your designated area.
• Spearhead prospecting, awareness initiatives, clinical demonstrations, and clinical advocacy efforts in your assigned territory.
• Oversee site installations and provide initial case support alongside our sales consultant team within the specified region.
• Collaborate with Capital Equipment Selling Managers to expand the area pipeline, monitor utilization of placements, and meet enabling technologies forecast targets.
• Showcase a robust understanding of clinical and capital selling pathways related to Imaging, Navigation, and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
• Align with and support area business plans and strategic goals.
• Promote efforts in driving associated spinal implants to ensure full platform adoption.
• Partner with Commercial Education, Professional Education, and Area Sales Leadership to deliver timely and impactful field education programs.
• Lead targeted regional tissue labs, product demonstrations, industry meeting interactions, and engagements with surgeons.
• Conduct hospital-based onboarding programs for surgical teams, including surgeons, PAs, O.R. techs, etc.
• Assist the field sales organization in executing our service and repair protocols.
• Influence area budgets and ensure the strategic, results-driven allocation of funding.
• Engage both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging data to guide decision-making.
• Assess regional needs, risks, and strategies that foster a successful customer experience and promote platform proliferation.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR:
• An Associate degree, or surgical tech/highly specialized medical training/certification (e.g., Medical Sales College) along with four (4) years of relevant experience in clinical, hospital, or surgical settings OR:
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in orthopedic spine sales OR:
• A recent transition from Active-Duty Military service.
• At least three years of experience in spinal implant sales or equivalent orthopedic capital robotics professional sales experience.
• Proven success in selling innovative medical devices and effectively leveraging technology.
• Capability to operate within a clinical, technical, and professional sales setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal/written), negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and business acumen skills.
• Proficient in data analysis with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency; adept at meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within matrix and team structures.
• Proven capability to comprehend, interpret, communicate, and thrive in a complex environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees residing in the State of Colorado – 48 hours per calendar year; for employees residing in the State of Washington – 56 hours per calendar year.
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
• Work, Personal, and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year following the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period.
• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year.
• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year.
