This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Strategize, initiate, and enhance paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and various digital platforms to attract premier talent and elevate client employer brands.
• Design and implement campaigns that incorporate both digital and traditional approaches, such as billboards, flyers, print materials, and local sponsorships.
• Produce on-brand creative content for advertisements, social media, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns utilizing Canva.
• Convert client hiring requirements into marketing strategies that raise awareness, create candidate pipelines, and enhance employer brand positioning.
• Track campaign performance, assess digital marketing metrics, and offer actionable insights to boost ROI and refine future campaigns.
• Keep abreast of digital marketing best practices, innovative recruitment marketing techniques, and emerging advertising formats.
• Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and clients to synchronize marketing efforts with hiring objectives and deliver quantifiable results.
• Practical experience in designing and overseeing paid advertising campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Advanced skills in Canva.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma is advantageous.
• Outstanding copywriting and content creation abilities for job postings, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and employer branding materials.
• Familiarity with campaign tracking, A/B testing, and reporting on impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-lead.
• Capability to manage campaigns across both digital and traditional formats.
• Strong graphic design and visual storytelling abilities, encompassing layout, branding, typography, and candidate engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear and professional.
• Capacity to effectively manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2C, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
• Ability to conceptualize, design, and implement recruitment marketing campaigns from strategy through to launch.
• Experience in developing recruitment marketing strategies for both active and passive candidate audiences across various talent segments.
• Familiarity with email marketing and content strategy is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
