Digital Project Manager – II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Main responsibility includes overseeing product deployment alongside the end-user within a specified timeline, establishing the project schedule, and outlining the job scope.

• Coordinates remote and on-site installation or add-on requests with Field and Remote Implementation Specialists.

• Addresses inquiries and concerns from external customers regarding CZM networking, break-fix situations, as well as installation and configuration queries, including escalated calls.

• Collaborates with Customer Support to arrange and facilitate FIS and on-site service requests.

• Additionally responds to questions and inquiries from Field Service Engineers, Affiliates, Distributors, Sales Managers, Customer Care staff, and other internal stakeholders.

• Provides remote training sessions to end-users via WebEx as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Informatics, or A+, Net+, Server+ certifications are preferred.

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR business models is a significant advantage.

• Practical experience in a clinical environment is highly beneficial.

• Exceptional technical skills and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Comprehensive understanding of Networking Topologies, Windows and Mac operating systems, and medical instrument connectivity is required.

• Experience and knowledge of CZMI products and business lines is a plus.

• Excellent presentation abilities and the capability to communicate professionally in written form for emails, RFPs, and report submissions.

• Must be organized and analytical, with the ability to overcome sales challenges through innovative and flexible strategies.

• Travel is necessary, approximately 25% of the time, which may include overnight stays.
