Digital Project Manager – CMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of digital projects from their inception to launch and subsequent support.

• Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, and metrics for success.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status updates.

• Relay project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.

• Ensure that projects align with business goals, brand guidelines, and best practices in user experience.

• Assist the Product Manager in managing vendors, agencies, and third-party technology partners as necessary.

• Supervise quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and releases when required.

• Develop Adobe AEM websites such as landing pages and similar projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 3–5+ years of experience in managing digital projects.

• Strong project management capabilities with practical experience in digital delivery.

• Proactive mindset aimed at enhancing delivery processes and developing the platform continuously.

• Comprehensive knowledge of digital technologies and current trends.

• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions is an advantage.

• Good understanding of UX standards for both Web and Mobile.

• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently in dynamic environments.

• Strong abilities in problem-solving, risk management, and prioritization.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft SharePoint).

• Familiarity with collaboration tools.

• Experience with CMS and digital platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred, including migration projects; experience with other CMS will also be considered).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.

• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Power Automate).
