Digital Project Manager – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee various client projects from their inception to completion.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project advancement.

• Track progress against established milestones and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles while proactively implementing solutions.

• Lead project meetings and update stakeholders on progress.

• Assist in client onboarding and facilitate the transition into project delivery.

• Maintain high quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Generate regular reports on project status and performance metrics.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance project administration and reporting efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within a digital, technology, or SaaS setting.

• Proficient in using Asana, Notion, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar project management software.

• Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.

• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing demands.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence individuals at all levels.

• Proven track record of delivering projects within set deadlines and service standards.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
