Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee digital projects related to website development and digital marketing initiatives.

• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, stand-ups, and communications with stakeholders.

• Create and uphold project timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, SEO experts, content creators, and QA teams.

• Ensure projects progress smoothly through the phases of discovery, design, development, quality assurance, launch, and post-launch optimization.

• Review the final website product to confirm alignment with the initial scope and client expectations.

• Maintain precise project documentation while identifying risks, blockers, and changes in scope, and proactively devise solutions.

• Monitor team workloads and project capacity to facilitate efficient production operations.

• Foster communication among sales, account management, production, and client teams to guarantee seamless project transitions.

• Track performance metrics, deadlines, and deliverables for each project.

• Assist in process improvement efforts to enhance workflows and boost operational efficiency.

• Ensure quality standards are upheld prior to launch and coordinate activities for post-launch support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital project management, web production, or agency operations.

• Solid understanding of website development processes and digital marketing workflows.

• Capability to clarify intricate processes, such as SEO and Paid Media, to non-technical stakeholders in an accessible manner.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and Google Business Profile.

• Experience in a dynamic, high-volume digital marketing agency is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

• Familiarity with CRMs and project management software.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.

• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
