This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the reporting and analytics strategy for the Horizon Digital Product Management team.
• Comprehend product objectives, create reports that highlight key insights, and present these findings to external clients and Horizon senior management consistently.
• Produce data-driven insights to inform Horizon's investment priorities in developing capabilities and crafting business and technology strategies.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of digital projects.
• Analyze, interpret, and translate data obtained from digital and direct marketing campaigns to generate insights that enhance the product development process.
• Design, create, and distribute customer-oriented reports for digital products, emphasizing key learnings and opportunities.
• Align analytics with key business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and the digital leadership team.
• Gather and analyze digital product performance data and trends across various channels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, serving as a liaison for cross-functional teamwork.
• Foster strong strategic relationships with business leaders.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or 12 years of relevant work experience in place of a degree.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the health insurance sector.
• Proven experience as a key contributor in major company initiatives, demonstrating some leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with web analytics.
• Proficiency with front-end Business Intelligence tools is essential (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience in creating and delivering data presentations that are easily understood by business leaders and external clients is required.
• Demonstrates expertise in structured query languages or analytical techniques.
• Strong ability in preparing data for presentation.
• Capable of applying structure to loosely defined problems.
• Understanding of fundamental business functions.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to extract, monitor, report, and analyze data to support decision-making across the organization.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences at various levels within the organization.
