This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop, own, and articulate the vision and strategy for Network Connectivity capabilities.
• Conduct market and user research to uncover trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.
• Keep abreast of industry changes and emerging network communication technologies to identify innovative opportunities.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Write and refine user stories, prioritize tasks, and manage the product backlog.
• Define product performance metrics and track performance using analytics tools.
• Make informed product decisions based on data.
• Communicate product progress and updates to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Efficiently manage product budgets and resources.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously enhance the product.
• For Expert level: independently implement product strategy, prioritize investments, achieve outcomes across release cycles, mentor product and cross-functional teams, and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Legal eligibility to work in the UK; Allstate cannot provide sponsorship.
• A minimum of 4 years of digital product management experience at Lead Consultant level or 5+ years at Expert level.
• Product management experience in Network Connectivity, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Networking, Telecommunications, or related enterprise technology fields.
• Proven track record of delivery across multiple Agile release cycles.
• Practical experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar for backlog management, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking technologies such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Remote Office, VPN, SASE, or cloud networking solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Network Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Server, and Storage teams.
• Proven ability to define product requirements, influence stakeholders, and deliver technology products based on customer, operational, or business performance metrics.
• Expert level: at least 2 years of independently owning and executing product strategy, prioritizing investments, and delivering outcomes across multiple release cycles.
• Expert level: experience mentoring Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional teams while being recognized as a subject matter expert.
• Preferred: experience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid-cloud environments.
• Preferred: knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, Network Automation, or Network Observability.
• Preferred: relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, SAFe, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), AWS, or Azure.
• Experience in large-scale, regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience utilizing customer research, market analysis, or technology trends to identify and validate product opportunities.
