This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Oversee the daily performance of designated dealership accounts, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and aligned with client objectives.
• Track pacing, performance trends, and KPIs across various digital channels (such as Google, Meta, etc.).
• Conduct regular audits to confirm adherence to best practices and identify potential areas for enhancement.
• Implement and suggest optimizations to increase lead volume, enhance cost efficiency, and improve overall ROI.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regular client communication and performance updates.
• Facilitate and lead client calls that focus on digital performance evaluations, insights, and subsequent actions.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with clients while fostering trust and transparency.
• Analyze performance data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across accounts, and convey insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams (including Account Coordinators, Data, and Performance teams) to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain transparent communication regarding account status, deliverables, and any performance risks or opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success.
• Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is highly preferred.
