This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the daily performance of designated dealership accounts, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and aligned with client objectives.
• Track pacing, performance trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to best practices and uncover opportunities for enhancement.
• Implement and suggest optimizations to boost lead volume, cost-effectiveness, and overall return on investment (ROI).
• Act as the main point of contact for routine client communications and performance updates.
• Facilitate and lead client calls centered on digital performance evaluations, insights, and subsequent actions.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster strong relationships with clients while promoting trust and transparency.
• Analyze performance data and convert findings into concise, actionable recommendations.
• Recognize trends, risks, and opportunities across accounts and convey insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Coordinators, Data, and Performance teams) to ensure smooth execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is highly preferred.
