This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Expand the SureSmile Orthodontic business within the designated territory by increasing revenue through a higher number of active customers submitting Aligner cases and ordering retainers.
• Provide support to existing customers, collaborating with them to enhance their business (account management) while also bringing in new clients.
• Acquire, nurture, and retain new accounts to swiftly grow our aligner and digital solution sales.
• Result-oriented and competitive – ensuring you meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Team-oriented – capable of working collaboratively within a larger DS sales team to achieve common sales goals.
• Manage and cultivate accounts (within the territory) with a strong focus on account segmentation and targeting.
• Maintain the relationship between Dentsply Sirona and the account for all DS workflows.
• Deliver market-leading training and support to guarantee the effective use of DS solutions.
• Conduct educational sessions and courses aligned with Clinical Affairs and Marketing strategies to promote awareness of SureSmile.
• Develop and oversee the territory using CRM tools (Salesforce Lightning).
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales experience is essential; dental sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in sales with the ability to adapt and introduce new techniques, along with a passion for best practices within the organization.
• Results-driven with a competitive mindset focused on winning.
• Capability to work independently on accounts as well as collaborative within a broader team setting.
• Professional demeanor with a proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with key customers.
• Energetic, efficient, and highly organized – committed to continuously enhancing efficiencies and customer focus.
• Exceptional communication skills, including presentation abilities and the confidence to challenge clinicians.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Structured and decisive – able to prioritize a demanding workload through effective business planning and territory management.
• Proficient in analyzing business data, including direct (Bi Report) and indirect sales via the Price Corrected Dealer Sales Out (PCDSO), to refine specific product and activity focus to meet KPI targets monthly and cyclically.
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Flexible and willing to undertake regular UK business travel, approximately one night per week (2-4 nights during the induction phase and occasional overseas travel for 3-4 nights), while holding a valid local driving license.
