• Assist with digital media utilizing the Salesforce CRM system
• Offer customer support through tickets created in the Salesforce platform
• Tasked with analyzing tickets and managing them per established guidelines
• Completion of high school education (secondary education)
• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
