This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and enhance Google Business Profile listings to excel in local map packs for targeted geographic search terms.
• Execute on-page and off-page local SEO tactics to boost visibility in key markets.
• Track local rankings, citations, and ensure listing accuracy across various platforms.
• Manage geo-targeted Google Ads and Local Services Ads campaigns to attract high-intent leads in the region.
• Oversee campaign structure, bidding strategies, ad copy, and budget distribution.
• Continuously refine efforts to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.
• Create and develop landing pages featuring multi-step quote calculators and project estimators to filter inbound leads.
• Evaluate and enhance landing page copy, layout, and conversion elements.
• Ensure lead capture systems are precise, accurate, and integrated into appropriate workflows.
• Write and edit engaging short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Establish a consistent content schedule that enhances visibility and fosters audience engagement.
• Remain updated on platform trends and modify content formats as needed.
• Implement automated email and SMS workflows to solicit 5-star reviews immediately following project completion.
• Oversee and manage online reputation across Google and pertinent review platforms.
• Monitor review volume, sentiment, and response rates.
• Create automated email drip sequences to maintain prospect engagement during extended decision-making periods.
• Segment audiences and tailor messaging based on lead source, intent, and stage.
• Track open rates, click-through rates, and pipeline contribution from email efforts.
• Utilize LinkedIn to target specific local developers, architects, and commercial real estate brokers.
• Develop and implement ABM campaigns that raise awareness and generate inbound interest from valuable B2B contacts.
• Monitor outreach activities, response rates, and pipeline contributions.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing with practical experience in SEO, paid search, email automation, and social content creation.
• Demonstrated experience in local SEO, including management of Google Business Profiles and optimization of local map packs.
• Experience in running and managing Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Ability to create and optimize landing pages with a focus on conversion rate improvement.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Proficient in scripting, filming, and editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Strong analytical abilities to track performance, discern effective strategies, and make necessary adjustments.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple channels simultaneously without compromising quality.
• You will receive payment in **USD** (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th).
