Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, oversee, and enhance campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, which includes keyword strategies, bidding, ad copy, and budget management.

• Implement A/B testing for both ad copy and landing page variations.

• Monitor the health of campaigns, adjust bids as necessary, and address disapprovals or tracking challenges.

• Ensure a well-organized campaign structure and consistent naming conventions.

• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and various other social media platforms.

• Utilize Salesforce CRM data and target account lists to develop audiences.

• Upload campaign materials and verify the accuracy of creative elements, copy, targeting, and tracking.

• Keep track of campaign pacing, reach, frequency, and overall performance.

• Coordinate advertising materials for industry publications, digital partners, and external paid media placements.

• Monitor submission deadlines, confirm active placements, and ensure tracking functionality is operational.

• Maintain an organized asset library and log of deliveries.

• Manage UTM parameters across various paid media channels.

• Report on impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.

• Leverage Salesforce reports and campaign data to assess pipeline contributions and closed-won revenue.

• Identify areas for optimization and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Ensure that paid media traffic accurately connects to Pardot forms, Salesforce campaigns, and tracking systems.

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to validate lead routing, attribution, and reporting processes.

• Implement campaign strategies and take ownership of execution, monitoring, optimization, and iteration.

• Stay updated on changes to advertising platforms and the latest trends in paid media practices.

• Enhance workflows, asset delivery, tracking processes, and reporting schedules.


⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.

• Familiarity with GA4 and digital campaign measurement techniques.

• Comprehensive understanding of UTM tracking, tagging standards, and campaign attribution.

• Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is preferred.

• Skilled in using spreadsheets for campaign reporting, analysis, and budget management.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively across Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3-5+ years of direct experience in paid media across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and at least one significant social advertising platform.

• Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns from setup to optimization and performance reporting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of UTM tracking, GA4, and digital campaign attribution.

• Experience with Salesforce for reviewing campaign reports, assessing lead status, and understanding the marketing-to-sales transition is preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple active campaigns, budgets, assets, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Delaware, Colorado, South Dakota, Texas, Wyoming, Alaska, or Florida to qualify as a W-2 employee.
